[BC] FCC greenlights Clear Channel deal

FCC approves Clear Channel buyout.
The FCC has approved Bain Capital and Thomas H. Lee Partners' 
proposed $19.5 billion buyout of Clear Channel. The unanimous ruling 
came with the approval of Democrats Jonathan Adelstein and Michael 
Copps, who while voting in favor of allowing the transaction, 
expressed concerns about the role of private equity firms and 
allegations of "anticompetitive sales practices" in some markets. To 
win approval, Clear Channel has agreed to sell 42 stations in the top 
100 markets.
