I have the same problem trying to control my Burk ARC16 from my Treo 650 PDA and using CinBell network.... CinBell has been "working on it" for 3 months now and results are the same, works about 50% of the time.

I finally bought a $19.95 "throw away phone" from Radio Shack and it works perfectly, go figure......
