The last I heard, which was something like four years ago, was that they
were charging about $500 a month.  Anyway, like I said, if your market can
use an A/C format and you are not up against K-Love, WAY or some other
similar, SkyLight might work.  They are un-hosted in the mornings but they
say that most stations do their own live morning drive anyway.  One good
thing about SkyLight is that they have breaks on the hour and half hour,
making it easy to insert half-hour or hour-long programs.  Kind of hard to
do that with most other satellite services.  If you just want to do
overnights and part of the weekend, satellite can help cut costs.
Otherwise, one could go MOHD and roll your own music or buy a pre-loaded
hard drive from somebody.  I think Dave Scott has Christian A/C but that may
be not what you are looking for anyway.
