[BC] Sound card ideas

I added an M-Audio Delta 44 card to a Public Interactive supplied streaming 
computer and 'blew it up'. The driver does not support the Windows mixer. 
This was confirmed by the vendor. It appears to be ASIO only, and you must 
use the M-Audio mixer app. WMA encoder does not recognize the card's 
inputs. The Delta 44 ended up in an editing machine running Audition 1.5, 
which is OK.
