         I chased Neural for four or five years to give
         some "non-buzzword explanation" of what
         they were doing. Couldn't get more than
         promises.

         Several times, in discussions, I explained
         what bothered me and why they should
         engage the tech community with more
         than "black box" answers.

         There was a back and forth a few years ago
         with Robert and Frank.  And a few, mostly
         non-comm types, who tried to proselytize
         "buzzwords" about Neural. But, in the end, Neural
         steadfastly held back from actually doing anything
         positive with me to assist engineers in fully
         understanding what they were doing and why.
