Doesn't the bill include a station bailout to enable them to buy and 
reinstall analog transmitters to replace the ones they've removed?

My market has lost 2 analog and the remaining 2 appear to be shutting 
it down on the 17th. One is announcing the shutdown and the other is 
still running the announcements for the 17th.
