[BC] From Today's FCC Daily Digest..A station fined a THIRD Time!!

He was fined $21,000 about a year or two ago for multiple violations found
during a visit by New Orleans Enforcement Bureau Office Leroy Hall (who, by
the wya, is a nice guy!) and was fined $7,000 in 2008 after a subsequent
follow-up visit for tower fencing/enclosure violations.

Apparently, he was fined $14,000 AGAIN TODAY for once again violating tower
fencing/enclosure issues.

You would think people might learn and pull their head out of their own
little world, but I guess not. The brief text and links are below.

JASON KONARZ.   Issued a monetary forfeiture in the amount of $14,000
to Jason Konarz, licensee of station DWQMA-AM, in Marks, Mississippi, for
willful and repeated violations of Section 73.49 of the Commission's Rules.
Action by:  Regional Director, South Central Region, Enforcement Bureau.
Adopted:  02/02/2009 by Forfeiture Order. (DA No. 09-175).  EB
