I considered the pine tree factor...but since the problem only correlates to 
wind and not to seasonal growth patterns, I tend to rule out biological 
blockage/reflections of any sort. I hypothesize that the problem would 
become worse or at least change frequency/characteristics when everything 
was in the midst of its full growth cycle if moving vegetation was actually 
a factor. Keep in mind my experience with this problem is at two unique 
sites 500 miles apart. The site in Tennessee was on a mountain with a clear 
view of the originating site about 10 miles away. It was largely a path over 
the north Nashville urbanized area.
