[BC] Fox XDS closures

We've had problems with Beck missing closures too.  Hardly a week 
goes by without at least one missed, this is on Starguide.  I don't 
even bother to call syndicators unless unless they're missing every 
closure...usually they deny a problem on their end anyway.
Is Beck "officially" on XDS yet?  I haven't heard anything from 
Premiere, and as recently as a month or so ago there was a "Hannity 
Only" message on the display.  Audio for both Beck & Rush have been 
on the XDS for some time, dunno about closures.
