Based on what the picture captions say, that is not a slant wire feed, but 
rather a longwire antenna using the tower as one end of the support 
structure. Perhaps they captioned the picture wrong and it really is a slant 
wire feed. Based on the large number of coax feeds going up the tower, I am 
guessing that it would be a chore to use it as an AM radiator under any 
scheme.
