 i have a real good possible RCA TV transmitter coming available on or  just 
after FEB 17, 2009.
i think it's 20 or 25 kwatt, it's on channel 13 as per your request in the  
upper VHF range.
it's on top of PISGAH MOUNTAIN i can help you get it down, but it may have  
to be in pieces.
it does have a tube output with extra new tube. let me know and i'll work  
out the deal for you.
