You should get a router that has Quality of Service (QoS). Most cheap routers
have it these days. That way you can set the priority of the different devices
(give the Premiere box a low priority).

All of a sudden our internet connections at the station came to a  
halt. We use a separate computer as a "server" for the internet, & the  
rest of our small system feeds through that machine via a switch & our  
LAN.  At least that's how I understand it.
