It isn't much of an angle for 1,2,3,4 or maybe 5 bays. But with lots of bays, the envelope gets pretty narrow and then the .5 to 1 degree can make a big difference. Some where there is a white paper on this topic by some one a lot smarter than me. A Quarter of a degree, is indeed pretty small and a good RF consultant would have to decide if a few hundred bucks should be spent for it on a large bay count.
