         True ... of course, some folks really have never
         been in such a situation before, and can benefit
         from our kindly pointing them to the right place.
         Merely asking a question normally should not be
         construed as wrong. Most of us have been clueless
         at some point in our careers. Hey, we could have
         (and have had in the past) a long thread about
         the "dumbest thing I've ever done."

         That said, the other side is that a poster should
         endeavor to give full background information,
         rather than having the group guess at solutions.
         Location, frequency, associated gear, external
         factors ... all these things play into the full picture
         and make it easier to offer better suggestions.
