oh. how are they getting away with that? I thought they were just running a 
NTSC video carrier of the dj in the studio and sending music on the audio 
carrier.

i was not aware they were using the wrong deviation and pilot.

I think the FCC should make examples of these type of operators as well if 
they are going to continue to bust pirates who are not interfering with a 
licensed station.

seems to me if WNYC is running 200 khz deviation and an incorrect stereo 
pilot then they should get a visit.

why they have not being that they operate right under the NYC Field Offices 
nose is the big question.
