Barry:

I have to tell you, ANYTHING I write that has the slightest critical
angle is NEVER directed at you, or Curt, or anyone involved in
maintaining the list.

I am involved at differing levels, in maintaining other lists, most
involving political issues, liberty, public land use, and gun
rights. Let me tell you, there is NOTHING on this list approaching
the crulety and nastyness that comes up there on this list!

You guys do a great job, and you do it with kid gloves.

Don't EVER think anything I write here is critical of you guys.

The only thing that EVER bothers me is the "twit filter." I have had
problems either making my comments long enough, or editing the quote
small enough. I know you guys have been working HARD on this
problem. As a Digest user I really appreciate the efforts, and if I
get struck by lightning and find the solution, I will let you know.
Still, it is better than what I see on other lists.

If I am EVER upset by anything you do, I will contact you directly
about it. Please don't expect to ever hear from me!

I sincerely hope you don't think -- EVER THINK -- I am being critical
of your great work.

You are providing quite a service here.

AND, I tend to agree with you regarding lurkers, but I understand it.
