I've used TVFMSTNS* and its KML output file to plot your present 
location on Google Earth.  You seem to be on the south edge of the main 
built-up area. I'd think that moving to a more-central location would 
help - if it still meets mileage separations.

What I guess is the cable system head end (lots of dishes) is more 
central, but the LPTV is moving away from it. Why?  There is a 250-W, 
high HAAT, FM translator licensed to that tower.
