With MOM now fully recognized it becomes possible to model this situation
and definitively demonstrate the impact of the cell tower on circularity
of the AM station. The model can be verified with a few FIM readings to
prove the reality beyond any doubt.

If it were my station, I would try to set down with the cell tower
owner's (and possibly leasing agent's) rep and explain that they
can either detune the tower, prove detuning unnecessary, or I will
prosecute a study, and, in the end, they will be dealing with the 
EB, and also paying for my study.

The real question is why has the station waited so long to act to protect
their interest?
