And my point was that just a few lines below, or above,

but somehow it seems that was selectively missed.
Your point was absolutely correct, that reporters, editors,
( with apologies to Barry ) and such can slant a story simply
by leaving out, or adding in, which we see I selectively did,
as some others also do, but with the unintended consequence
that MY scribbles were subsequently taken out of context.
Sheesh ! Will we NEVER learn ?
There was an accusation, Ernie, but it was BOTH left AND right,
subsequently meaningless in it's original context.
SO, does a "Fairness Doctrine" mean that anyone who has
misquoted, or misattributed a misquote anywhere in this thread
be forced to submit equal time to the opposing misquotes ?
Is this not *as* silly as any "Fairness Doctrine" ?
