Most all shock mounts used in radio and TV transmitters are
supplied by Lord.

Just find what you need and get the part-number. If Lord won't
give you some samples, electronics vendors may have some if
you search their inventory using the part-number you got from
Lord. You should never have to make your own PLUS an improperly
designed mount may become a hazard by allowing mechanical energy
to be stored in a resonant mass rather than dissipated.

Go to one of the car stereo shops. Often they have/use something called
varathane (I believe) and it's used for sound deadening in car doors, and
so on. They might also have some shock mounts that the high powered
home systems use to prevent mechanical acoustical feedback.
