I see it once.

Then, gmail has you stuck with either seeing a reply, such as this one,
or checking the archives at radiolists.net for the particular list.
OR.......
If you originate a post, and you see that [BC] then it came back
from the list processor. You KNOW it posted.
If you reply, then there's already that tag in the Subject line, so
you can't tell, UNLESS you remove it before hitting send.
The list processor will add it back in, and you'll know.
( its purpose is to identify a post from which list, so you can
locally filter it into a BC mailbox "folder" or similar )
A number of other things are also changed when a post goes
through the list, most of which you'd never see.
The message ID code, the routing, and such.
All of these things identify a post, even one coming back to
you from the list, as a new message.
If you ( in particular because I've checked your settings ) are
not seeing the "reflection" then about the only way that can
happen, is if gmail is censoring content.
I'd call that a REALLY bad spam filter, if you can't control it.
( or simply a badly broken mail system )
There's also the footer added by the processor ( courtesy
of Systems Store ) which behaves similar to the Subject tag.
Removing that isn't as conclusive, as we try to remove duplicate
footers on behalf of those who do not edit replies, BUT if you
have removed it from a reply, and of course it won't be on
an original post, and you DO see it on what you wrote, then you
know it was added by the list processor. Your message posted.
If you never see a footer on your own posts, then gmail is
SELECTIVELY censoring on PARTIAL content.
That would scare the beejeebers out of me, enough to never
use that mail system, as you can't know what ELSE they are
censoring "on your behalf" without your knowledge or consent.
