It's a 999 Meg resistor (will not register on a Fluke 87).
The resistor is about 6 inches in length with about 3/8
inch diameter. The 1.1 Meg resistor shunts the low
end of the 999 Meg resistor to ground. The 8060A
has a specified input of >10,000 Meg, typically
80,000 Meg.
