[BC] Clear Channel Malls

So, my wife and I were in our local regional mall yesterday.  It is  
under two miles from our home, and we waited over twenty years from  
when we bought our house for it to be built.  It is owned by a GREAT  
mall operator, Learner Corp.

They have contracted out the display advertising, which is common  
today.  Clear Channel Malls is the contractor.  They have had all  
kinds of ads in the past, but yesterday, things were VERY DIFFERENT.

WELL OVER HALF THE DISPLAY ADS WERE FOR "iheartradio.com."

There were many different ads, but for the same thing.

It is all for Clear Channel's on line streaming audio.

ONE aspect is the iPhone app.  BUT, that isn't all.

I checked them out on-line, and I am more than a little amazed.   
There are at least EIGHT KISS FMs.  ALL of them east of the  
Mississippi!  Positioning must really suck these days when you are  
programming from the mother ship!

I am now going back to my iPod.  Music I like.  Nothing I don't like.
