[BC] Z Series transmitter pallet amplifiers

	I replaced a couple last summer in a Z20 (Z10x2) and the Harris field tech recommended against trying to repair them.  It seems there is some frequency dependent/component dependent stuff on the board that requires more testing than we are usually capable of in the field.  Not sure if the factory will rebuild them, but I'd rather try that.
