"$70 Million Scam on Old Man Alleged
     CENTRAL ISLIP, N.Y. (CN) - Christopher Devine and Bruce Buzil preyed upon
a lonely, frail and elderly man to defraud him of nearly $70 million for their
company, Superior Broadcasting, which, contrary to their promises, never owned
or bought a single radio station, the man's court-appointed guardian claims in
Federal Court.
     The guardian for C. Robert Allen III says Devine and Buzil funneled
Allen's money through Superior to a slew of other LLCs they controlled. The
guardian claims the men did this in a series of predatory moves, beginning in
around 2000. Devine and Buzil both lived and worked in Chicago, the guardian
says.
