I never said Leonard did it or suggested it I said his installer did and his
recommendation was to run another run of coax back down the tower mounted at
the top near the FM STL dishes and feed it back into an empty STL box so no
one was any the wiser. There was more to it but it was not file and do this
it was this is what I want to do and no one will know not even your boss and
you'll be a hero. So pass it along to Leonard if you want he probably needs
to know but it's all true and it had nothing to do with Leonard himself but
rather a person that worked for him and sadly represented him.

Putting a top hat on the tower was not illegal. They just needed to
apply to do it, get a CP, do it and then file.
I cannot imagine Leonard R. Kahn advocating doing ANYTHING ILLEGAL.
He is a VERY honorable man, and writing otherwise is defamation, or
more specifically libel.
Mr. Kahn may not be the best businessman (he could have cut a deal
with Motorola to have THEM produce the chips, he he produce the
exciters for AM Stereo), but he is NOT dishonest.
I REALLY think you need to reconsider your post.
He is a very honorable man, and you need to support your libelous
post, or retract it.
I wish I had Leornard's e-mail address.
