[BC] mic refinishing

I was a little disappointed that last time I opted for refinishing on a
Shure RE-20 that went in for repair. The paint (and foam capsule supports)
had been eaten out by disinfectant sprayed on by our in-house Howard Hughes
germ-obsessive staff member, and it looked so bad I thought refinishing
would be a good thing. The prep just wasn't what it should have been, so
while the color was consistent, the thing was "bumpy" because the old finish
wasn't completely removed.

The thing sounded new, though, which was what I *really* wanted.
