Pick a sideband, any sideband.

We would all be much better off if we were to move to single  
sideband.  It really doesn't matter which one, but everyone needs to  
use the same one.

The interference on the AM Broadcast Band would go to less than  
half.  While we are at it, we could reduce the carrier to some very  
small amount, maybe 10 or 20%.  With NO carrier, most radios would  
have issues, but reduced carrier would not be a problem.
