If simulcasting, the ID rules require the frequency be included as part of
the ID. You can't just say "WAAA Possum Flats and WBBB Podunk" because that
doesn't identify which station you are listening to. "740 WAAA Possums
Flats and 1590 WBBB Podunk" would suffice.
Similar requirement applies if doing an AM-FM simulcast. You must append
the -FM suffix to the FM, even if it's not part of the call-letters, in
order to distinguish the two. For example, "WAAA and WCCC-FM Possum Flats."
But, it's largely overlooked and hardly ever enforced. Janet Jackson's
nipple is far more important.
