[BC] #10 bare copper

I prefer 1/2 hard wire (and strap) as opposed to soft.  While I agree full 
hard is a real PIA, 1/2 hard doesn't snag or tangle as easily as soft going 
through the plow.  It is also  more durable and won't suffer weakening 
dents either.
