[BC] FCC sides with KGMB/KHNL/KFVE

I'll paraphase Erika Engle's article in the Star Advertiser.
 
FCC ruled in favor of allowing the combined newsroom of Hawaii News Now.  It will be appealed by Media Council Hawaii to the full FCC.
 
The arrangement was discribed as an asset exchange that did not involve station licenses that did not require FCC oversight.
 
Semi-related item, KFVE was fined $10000 for failing to have its public file available for inspection.
