Not here, at least.  To my knowledge, we have never issued a SVR locally,  We didn't even have a HWW; maybe they did in the High Desert and/or Orange County/Inland Empire.  All that was issued here by NWS was a wind advisory, though there was some wind damage.  Nothing like the gas station in Pasadena that was squashed by a falling tree, though.
