[BC] Satellite finders

WV Metro News. They will be converting to XDS receivers
shortly, already have one carrier up with a dual feed of one
of their shows. 

We picked up another Comstream on Friday, it had a bad LNB
supply, but we powered the LNB with a little FTA video
receiver.  Tried to lock but couldn't. Replaced the (new
Norsat) LNB with an older (and slightly "warmer" -15 K
rather than 20 K)LNB. Locked right up.

The Comstream needs a PLL LNB, a check on the model number
discovered I had been shipped a different type of LNB. Grrr.
