Well to Answer Cowboy and Mike
 I would agree . However Metro hired a guy who claimed to be the station engineer when in fact he was not. he told them to skirt the tower. so they shorted the tower and added the skirt without asking the station/owners Permission, and without re-licensing the station  for a skirt. all heck is breaking loose last winter the station went off due to icing of the skirt for a week.
Not good..  still pending for them to remove the skirt. I have  been told by the owner. if the station goes off this winter before the skirt is removed due to Icing  I am to  remove them from the tower, any means  necessary to get the station back on the air... 
 I already told Metro's people. I wont  turn them off   I will give them 12 hours notice to remove their cables from their Gear.  now its up to them what they will do.
