If you're looking at the same bird as NPR and have a Content Depot RX, 
use it instead.  The IDF receiver locks on and shows the same data as 
the IPump and SGII and III in just about real time.  Further, if you 
have SG2 and there is a SG2 carrier up there, re-program the SG2 RX to 
that carrier.  You don't need to be provisioned to "see" the carrier and 
get signal data.
