I can tell you this much: on a 5/8 WL tower, piggybacking a 7/8ths coax on a 
3 & 1/2" coax quarter wave iso section (inside the tower) makes a negligible 
difference in base Z.
(There are several good reasons to run coax *inside* the tower.)............
