[BC] Metro PCS Cables on tower

There's another way-it worked fine at a kW, and would likely work with even
higher power:

I have done this successfully before. Wind about 75 feet of Belden 2 pair
common drain into a coil. It's not necessary to wind it on a form-I have
simply wound it around my hand and then held it in place with black tie wraps.
Resonate its shield/drain wire with a cap (make a parallel resonant circuit).
Put it across the tower base (usually indoors) with the drain connected across
the tower. If you want, you can tie the 4 internal wires to the shield on each
end with .001 caps, though I have generally found it not necessary. Of course,
you can also parallewl up the wires for extra current, etc.
