[BC] NAB argues for more consolidation

Maybe the Commish could lead the way to the founding of two companies
to own all radio. One could be called the Blue Network and the other
the Red. Of course they would need to prohibit the use of those colors
on political election maps so some good might come from it in the end. =<;)
Of course it would only work well if one of them used chimes for ID.
