[BC] Arabic emails

Can anyone on the list read Arabic?  I'm getting about three emails a day in
Arabic. Is anyone else getting these? I'm wondering whether or not they are
comments, complaints or threats to us to merely some sort of spam. If anyone
wishes, I can forward some for translation.
