Anyone not having built a tower yet or plans to change their lighting type needs to read this...even if you have a CP and all the necessary permits from the FAA, WSFW and USACE.  Your project just got a lot more costly.

This is the next step in seeing the birdies' quash all attempts to build anything new anywhere.  The NIMBY's and BANANA's folks will have a field day with this.

Oh...and don't blame the current administration for this either.  The court's ruling forcing the issue occurred in the prior administration and the NEPA and other Acts referenced were in place prior to that by quite some time.
