[BC] Natural Towers

Do they have to create a minor modification to their license every few
years as the tree grows?  How about replacing the feed line as the
tree grows?  I haven't heard of any elastic coax.

I know on some BLM land and state land around here you can't put
towers up.  Wood telephone poles or gluelam poles are used.
