Under the dMarc  and Google ownership we did a lot of follow up.

Sadly, under the WO name, and a lot of the legacy staff gone, their
reputation has suffered.  I suspect this is a legit effort to try and
fix things.

Disclaimer: I worked for Scott-dMarc-Google for 10 years, and am
regularly contacted by stations who need help and support, but aren't
getting it.  Many of them have paid current support agreements and
still can't get good help.  I get way more of this than I can handle,
and often refer people to scott-enco.com and Craig Bowman.

I'm not as disgruntled as the above would imply, there are some great
people who made it into WO.  I guess just not enough.
