[BC] Audio Streaming

I understand it .. but you also "get what you pay for" .. If you want 
cheap stream hosting .. then your going to get cheap service.. 99.9% SLA 
etc.. comes with a high cost and a lot of broadcasters are not willing 
to pony up the money for that at this point.
