And if you want to go back to the *original* original WBBR, you're back 
to New York City, where those calls resided on half of what became the 
1330 sharetimer (later WPOW, now WWRV) from 1924 until 1957. That WBBR 
was the Watchtower Bible station, transmitting from southern Staten 
Island, and it shared the frequency with WEVD, the Jewish Daily Forward 
station.
