 Or maybe put them "on commission" so the rate varies
 with day part, same as it does for us ?

 I can almost see it now......
 "Yes sir ! We'll have you back up in a couple hours."
 OK, so <scribble scribble> that means next month is free,
 if it takes you more than 37 minutes, is that right ?

 Even if we paid slightly more for up time that way, we should
 be able to get the kind of SLA that really does apply.
