[BC] WLS Tx History Update

Anything on our tower that requires TX off is done between 2:00 and 4:00 
in the morning. I guess the riggers don't mind too much because there's 
an elevator in the tower. And, I suppose they charge a bit extra for 
night work, but I don't see the invoices...
