[BC] Audio Streaming

I've used viastreaming.com for years and have been happy with them. They do support via chat or email though. Their shoutcast service is more reliable than FM transmission if paired up with a Barix encoder and a good Internet connection.  We have one of those since we are at a major state university.  We used to have our stream provided locally but found it to be much less reliable than just letting pros handle the re-distribution end of things.
