[BC] Bye Bye IE6

Nobody has yet mentioned that Microsoft made IE7 and 8 exclusive to Windows XP, Vista and Win7.  Windows 2000 machines cannot run anything higher than IE6, however they will run the latest Mozilla versions including Firefox & Opera without any issue.  We have a mix of machines in our shop ranging from Win2k through Vista.  3 or 4 of the less critical machines are still running Win2k.   Although most computers still in use today are XP or Win7, I'd imagine there are lots of Win2k machines still around, running quietly somewhere.
