[BC] Cisco WS-3560-8PC-S cable

Anybody have the 'for sure' pinout to create the console cable (RJ45-D9) for programming Cisco WS-3560-8PC-S switches?  These switches are rec. for small AoIP installs and a site has a few of them.
 
It appears to me that not all 3560 switches use the same cable.  Or maybe someone has a spare of the proper cable to sell?
