[BC] Another site vandalized

All due respect Jerry, You appear to not spend much time in the really 
urbanized areas to grasp the social maladies created by these invasive 
concoctions. The crack and meth heads who steal the copper are a far cry 
from the casual or even serious pot smoker. Pot heads don't become 
obsessive.

Not to get off track, if we legalized meth and other highly addictive 
and obsessive drugs such as cocaine and heroin, our country and those 
around us largely would cease to function. As the majority of people 
will become addicted to one or the other, all forms of civilized 
behavior will erode and we'd spiral towards anarchy...or worse. We'd  
need armed guards at every tower site to protect even the smallest of 
transmission lines, tower light and branch circuit wiring.  After 
copper, they'd go after the aluminum cabinets and conduits for the tower 
lights.  Generator...HAH.

Not to mention the medical bills fewer of us could afford to pay and 
sheer volume of rehab patients drawing from Medicaid to get clean.  We'd 
go broke in all manners of measure and be exposed to a takeover by a 
radicalized social movement potentially a far cry from the freedoms we 
enjoy today. Our Constitution is only as valid as those who abide by it. 
And there are many places where it's burned on a regular basis.  
Legalization is a bad idea at so many levels.

> End the war on drugs. Declare victory or defeat, and pack up and go home. Legalize drugs, regulate and tax them. It won't affect the number of people using them, but it will allow them to purchase their "fix" without resorting to crime. And the losses to businesses like ours will go down to near zero.
